Cancellation Policy for The TDS Retail

Effective Date: 10th September 2025

At The TDS Retail, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation policy for more information.


1. Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can do so at no additional charge. To cancel an order:

  • Contact customer support immediately at support@thetdsretail.in.

  • Provide your order number and request cancellation.

We will confirm the cancellation, and any payments made will be refunded to your original payment method.


2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the items (if eligible) as per our Refund Policy after receiving the product.


3. Cancellation Due to Unavailability

In case a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will be given the option to:

  • Choose a replacement item.

  • Cancel the order and receive a full refund.


4. Order Modifications

If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the delivery address or items), please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to accommodate changes due to shipping processes already being initiated.
