At The TDS Retail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a refund policy under certain conditions.

Perishable Items: Groceries, fresh produce, or other perishable goods are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the quality or delivery.
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support at support@thetdsretail.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.
You may be asked to submit images of the damaged or defective item.
Once your refund request is received and approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
If you are subscribed to a recurring service, you may cancel at any time, but refunds for partial months will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
