Refund Policy for The TDS Retail

At The TDS Retail, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a refund policy under certain conditions.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: The item received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

  • Incorrect Product: The product delivered is not the one you ordered.

  • Delivery Issues: If your order is not delivered within the promised time frame due to no fault of your own.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we may not offer a refund.

  • Perishable Items: Groceries, fresh produce, or other perishable goods are non-refundable unless there is an issue with the quality or delivery.


2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support at support@thetdsretail.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue.

  • You may be asked to submit images of the damaged or defective item.


3. Processing Time

Once your refund request is received and approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).


5. Refunds for Subscription-Based Services

If you are subscribed to a recurring service, you may cancel at any time, but refunds for partial months will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
